Educational Standards:
American Grooming Academy combines online self-study with hands-on training
Programs: Professional Bather, Professional Pet Stylist, and Professional Advance Pet Stylist
7 Weeks of Hands-On Training, Sunday-Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm
Instruction by Master Groomers with Experience Grooming Trainers
Students completing all graduation requirements will receive a certificate of completion from the American Grooming Academy

From the introduction to certification, our students will become confident in the required skills to succeed in a rewarding animal career, employed as a Professional Pet Bather, Professional Pet Stylist, and/or Advanced Pet Stylist.
Program Requirements:
Professional Bather Program: 120 hours
- 100 hours of Hands-on Training/ Instruction with a qualified Grooming Instructor
- 20 hours of On-line Theory, Demonstration videos, uploading progress/practicals, online Testing
Fees:
- Tuition $1,999
- Student Kit $500
- Application Fee $100
Professional Pet Stylist Program: 320 Hours (includes the Bather Program)
- 270 hours of Hands-on Training/ Instruction with a qualified Grooming Instructor
- 50 hours of On-line Theory, Demonstration videos, uploading progress/practicals, online testing
Fees:
- Tuition $4,999 (bundle price)
- Student Kit $900
- Application Fee $100
Advanced Professional Pet Stylist Program: 480 Hours (includes the bather program and Pet Stylist)
- 380 hours of Hands-on Training/ Instruction with a qualified grooming instructor
- 100 hours of On-line Theory, Demonstration videos, uploading progress/practicals, online testing
