Educational Standards:
American Grooming Academy combines online self-study with hands-on training
Programs: Professional Bather, Professional Pet Stylist, and Professional Advance Pet Stylist
7 Weeks of Hands-On Training, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 5:30pm
Instruction by Master Groomers with Experience Grooming Trainers
Students completing all graduation requirements will receive a certificate of completion from the American Grooming Academy

From the introduction to certification, our students will become confident in the required skills to succeed in a rewarding animal career, employed as a Professional Pet Bather, Professional Pet Stylist, and/or Advanced Pet Stylist.
Program Requirements:
Professional Bather Program: 120 hours
- 100 hours of Hands-on Training/ Instruction with a Qualified Grooming Instructor
- 20 hours of Online Theory, Demonstration Videos, Uploading Progress/Practicals, Online Testing

Accelerated Pet Stylist Program: 170 Hours (prerequisite - Bather Program Required Or If You Have Previous Experience Working As A Bather, You Can Test Out Of The Bather Program)
- 170 of Hands-on Training/ Instruction with a Qualified Grooming Instructor
- 30 hours of Online Theory, Demonstration videos, Uploading Progress/Practicals, Online Testing

Bundle - Accelerated Bather and Pet Stylist Program: 170 Hours
- 170 of Hands-on Training/Instruction with a Qualified Grooming Instructor
- 50 hours of Online Theory, Demonstration Videos, Uploading Progress/Practicals, Online Testing.
