Feelings of Fall are all around us at American Grooming Academy! Here Are some Tips and Tricks for your favorite pet during this festive month!

Be sure all Howl-O-Ween candy is safe and out of reach of your furry friend! Chocolate poisoning is among the highest incident seen at vets throughout the holiday season.

Many childrens’ costumes have beading and small pieces that can be eaten by your pet causing serious stomach issues and blockages! This also goes for Halloween make-up which when ingested by pets can have effects on stomach health.

Pumpkin is a great treat for your pets during the holiday! Canned pumpkin can be a great treat or a scoop on food for a Howling good time!

Dressing up your pets is one of the biggest holiday traditions in America. Just be sure that your pets costume is comfortable and they can move, urinate and defecate with ease. It’s also smart to “practice” wearing the costume so your furry friend is used to the feeling!
